TRENDYMX commits to shipping the product in a timely manner, using appropriate packaging material for its protection.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Upon receiving the product at the address specified in the order, the customer is obligated to inspect each product and must report any defects with a photograph within 72 hours of delivery. The customer should send a message via inbox or email to hello@trendymx.com , attaching a photo or video showing the product and the order number for identification.
In case of missing or damaged products, we will return balance due to you original payment method.
TRENDYMX is not responsible for products sold to third parties that present defects due to misuse or normal wear and tear, wet items, items stained by pH, sweat, or the direct application of lotions or perfumes. We recommend visiting our jewelry care and use guide.
SHIPPING TERMS
The parcel service is subcontracted by TRENDYMX, so the company has no control over the exact delivery time. The estimated delivery time provided by the parcel service is shared with the customer. If more time has passed than indicated or if there is any issue, the customer should contact the shipping company directly or reach out to us, and we will gladly provide timely follow-up on the shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment once it is sent. If the customer is not at their address on the delivery day or delivery address is not correct, they must go to the parcel service branch to collect their package. TRENDYMX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES FORGOTTEN AT THE PARCEL SERVICE. If the package is returned due to the recipient's fault, the customer must contact us to review re-shipping options, which may incur additional charges and delivery delays.
